Mark Maga
I am an experienced HCRA licensed builder with Tarion and a REALTOR® with 12 years of experience at Royal Lepage. My expertise lies in dealing with real estate investments, and I have closed numerous successful transactions by solving issues and working with different obstacles with no headache. As an investor myself, I understand what it takes to succeed in the industry and provide my clients with the guidance they need to make profitable investments.
I spent 17 years as a Math teacher in Hamilton and Halton, where I learned to use data to make informed decisions. I apply this same analytical approach to real estate transactions, allowing my clients to make informed decisions based on hard facts.
My top priority is to educate my clients through the transaction process and allow them to make the decision that works best for them. I am a lifelong learner and believe that staying up-to-date on the latest market trends and information is crucial in the real estate industry.
Outside of work, I am a family man with two daughters and have a passion for sports, having played basketball during my time at McMaster University in Hamilton. I also coach youth basketball in Hamilton, which reflects my love for giving back to my community.
My interest in real estate started during my time as a student at McMaster University, where I observed the benefits of investing in rental properties. I learned that being a lifelong learner is key to success, and I carry this lesson forward to my clients by educating them on all aspects of real estate.
